I played at AvoCasino casino. I won 3500 Euros after an initial deposit of 200 euros plus a 200 bonus and I had to wager a total of 6000 euros on the bonus before I could withdraw and the bonus had to be wagered on odds greater than 2.
I wanted to withdraw the money, as I was limited to 1000 euros per day and 2000 euros per week.
So I applied for 1000 euros, went through KYC, my account was validated, and then:
"I hope you’re doing well.
We are sending you this email regarding your withdrawal request. Unfortunately, your withdrawal was declined and your winnings have been lost. We are very sorry about this.
The reason your winnings were confiscated is that you violated our terms of use regarding point "6.13. Minimum coefficient requirement:
Minimum odds: Each single bet must be placed with minimum odds of 2.0 (decimal format).
Compliance: Bets placed with odds lower than 2.0 will not count towards the bonus requirements and will be considered a violation of the bonus rules. Ineligible bets: Any bet placed with odds lower than the minimum of 2.0 will be considered
ineligible and will result in the forfeiture of all winnings derived from those bets.
However, the bonus money COULD NOT be wagered on odds below 2 because it blocked the betting process, so real money was used for odds below 2, and bonus money for those above 2.
