Luckyblock withdrawal

Hello team,

I have a (small) problem: I made a withdrawal request on LuckyBlock, but at the same time, I accidentally requested the closure of my account (error email address, etc.).

I then received an email informing me that my account had been closed, but that I needed to provide certain documents to finalize the withdrawal of the remaining balance. I did so. They then confirmed by email that all the documents had been validated and that all I had to do was wait.

Since then, despite several reminders from me to find out the status of the withdrawal (which has still not been validated), they keep telling me that I just have to be patient.

Do you think my balance is permanently lost or is there still a chance it will be withdrawn?
