I’m thinking of requesting a withdrawal myself. I got lucky this evening. I deposited $20 and lost it, then deposited another $25 and lost that as well. I tried one more time, deposited $30, and ended up with a big win. I was really happy to win $542.

I was travelling for some time and enjoyed a family trip of the year on the mountains of cortina d’ampezzo.
A member of Jackpot City contacted me after couple of days and we managed to sort out the issue, basically on the screenshot I have sent them earlier there was some blurred numbers which warn’t accepted by their system but now all good and next time should be much faster, in fact I was a bit surprised since Jackpot City is usually a trusted online casino.
