Withdrawal issue with OnlyWin Casino – 500€ pending for over two weeks

I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal of 500 euros from Only Win Casino for 15 days now. The request was made on September 30th, and I’ve been contacting their live chat almost every day since. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same automatic replies, and when I reach out to customer support directly, I receive the same generic responses.

I’ve tried every possible step I could think of, but nothing seems to move forward. If anyone here has gone through something similar with Only Win Casino or knows what I can do next, I’d really appreciate your help or advice.
